Slow Cooker
3 lbs bnls chicken thighs
1 lb sausage, sliced
bell pepper, onion, celery, garlic
6 oz tomato paste
15 oz diced tomatoes
1 tblsp Tony's
tsp cayenne, thyme, oregano, pepper
tsp xanthan gum
1-2 cups chicken broth

1 lb frozen shrimp

Directions:
Directions:
Add all except shrimp to slow cooker.
Cook on high for 3-4 hours, or low 7-8 hours.
Add shrimp 20 min before serving.
Serve over favorite rice. (cauliflower?)
