Ingredients:

2 c grated zucchini
2 c sugar
1 c oil
3 eggs
3 c flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp ginger
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cloves
tsp salt
tsp baking powder

Directions:
Directions:
Stir all ingredients until moistened and put into a greased loaf pan. Bake at 350 for 50-60 minutes.
