4 C fresh raspberries, rinsed & drained
1 Keebler shortbread pie crust
1 C water
1 C sugar
4 Tbsp raspberry jello
3 Tbsp cornstarch

Directions:
Directions:
Mix water, sugar, jello and cornstarch in a pan. On medium heat, stir constantly until mixture starts to thicken. Cool
Pour a half cup of mixture into pie crust then put berries in pie. Slowly pour remaining sauce over berries.
Refrigerate several hours to set. Serve with whipped cream (or cover the top of pie with whipped cream)
