2½ C regular rolled oats
¼ C oat bran
¼ C steel-cut oats
2 tsp baking powder
½ tsp salt
½ tsp ground cinnamon
2 cups milk
1 egg beaten
⅓ C applesauce
¼ C cooking oil
¼ C granulated sugar
¼ C packed brown sugar
2 C fresh or frozen fruit (I like mixed berries the best)
Plain or vanilla yogurt

Preheat oven to 400º. In a large bowl, stir together oats, baking powder, salt and cinnamon; set aside. In a medium bowl stir together milk, egg, applesauce, oil and sugars; add to oat mixture stirring until combined. Turn into lightly greased 2-qt casserole. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes. Stir mixture and gently fold in fruit. Bake uncovered 20 minutes more or until top is lightly browned. Spoon into bowls and top with yogurt.
