3 - 7 oz cans whole green chilies
1 lb jack cheese grated
1 lb cheddar cheese grated
3 Eggs beaten
3 Tbsp flour
1 small can evaporated milk
1 - 15 oz can tomato sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Wash the chilies, removing seeds & pat dry.
In 9 x 13 baking pan, layer half of the chilies then half the cheeses. Repeat the layers but save 1/2 cup cheese for topper.
Beat the eggs with the flour and milk until blended. Pour the egg mixture over the chilies and cheese.
Bake at 350 for 30 minutes. Spread the tomato sauce over top, sprinkle with the reserved cheese. Bake 15 minutes longer.
Cut into squares.
