Ingredients:  
Ingredients:  
3 - 3” diameter onions chopped
5 cloves garlic
2 Tbsp parsley
3 tsp oregano
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Sauté above in 1/4 C olive oil until onions wilt
2-3 lbs ground beef - cook until meat separates and brown
Add:
1 can tomato sauce and equal can of water
1 can tomato paste and 2 equal cans of water
1 can solid pack tomatoes
1 lb mushrooms (sliced) and juice
Simmer:
2 hrs and salt and pepper to taste. Stir occasionally
Add:
2 pkg of Lowry or Schilling spaghetti mix
Cook 30 minutes to thicken it
If desired, add Tabasco sauce, Worcester sauce, red wine
