1½ lbs fresh jalapenos
1 c apple cider vinegar
3 c granulated sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
¼ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp celery seeds

Directions:
Directions:
Wearing Gloves, remove and discard stems from peppers and slice into ¼" thickness.
In large pot add vinegar,sugar, garlic,turmeric, and celery seed. Bring to a boil then reduce to med-low and simmer 5 minutes.
Raise heat back to boiling, and add pepper slices. Allow to return to boil, then reduce heat to med-low and simmer 4 minutes.
Ladle peppers in sterilized jars leaving juice in pot.
Bring juice to full rolling boil for 6 minutes.Ladle into jars with slices leaving ¼" head space.Water bath 5 min.
