Ingredients:  
1 cup smooth peanut butter
1 cup firmly packed light brown sugar
1 large egg
1 top baking soda
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat over to 350º. In small bowl, combine all ingredients except the chocolate chips. Stir in the chocolate chips. Drop by rounded teaspoonfuls onto ungreased cookie sheet, about 2" apart. Do not flatten. Bake 9 minutes or until cookies are puffed and golden. Cookies will be very soft. Let cool on baking sheet for 5 mins before removing. Remove cookies and allow to cool completely on a wire rack.
