Ingredients:  
1 pkg. (16 oz.) frozen Pierogi
1 T. water
1/2 pkg. kielbasa, sliced thin
4 oz. cream cheese very soft
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup chicken broth
1/4 tsp. ground pepper
4 oz. shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup thinly sliced onions sautéed
12 pkg. of California vegetables partly cooked
Extra cheese for top

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 375
Spray a large glass baking pan with cooking spray
Place frozen pierogis and water, cover with plastic wrap
Microwave on high for 2 minutes, stir and continue on high for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes more
Place pierogis evenly in casserole dish and top with kielbasa
Spread veggies on top
In large bowl mix. cream cheese, sour cream, chicken broth and pepper, mix well
Add cheddar cheese and onions
Pour mixture evenly over pierogis and top with remaining onions
Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes remove foil sprinkle with cheese bake until cheese melts
