4 chicken breasts, boned
2 T vegetable oil
2 medium size potatoes, peeled and sliced
2 medium size Vidalia onions, peeled and sliced
1 (10¾ oz) can cream of mushroom soup (undiluted)
Paprika

Directions:
Directions:
Brown breasts in oil and drain on paper towel. Oil 1½ quart casserole. Layer potatoes, onions, and chicken breasts. Cover with soup and sprinkle with paprika. Cover lightly and bake at 350º for 1 hour.
