1 lb ground beef
1 c carrots, grated
1 c potatoes, grated
1 onion, chopped
1 tsp salt
tsp pepper
1 can cream of mushroom soup
c milk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix first 6 ingredients; shape into balls and brown. Mix soup and milk; pour over meatballs and bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
