Directions:
Boil water in large pot. Place vegetables in jars leaving 1" head space. Pour boiling water and 1 tsp salt. Place in pressure canner and seal.
Peas: 10 psi
pints 40 minutes
quarts 50 minutes
Corn: 15 psi
pints 55 minutes
quarts 90 minutes
Butter beans: 10 psi
pints 40 minutes
quarts 50 minutes
