100G Milk chocolate
200G semi-sweet Chocolate
300G Whipping Cream
5-10G crushed Coffee Beans
Pinch Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place cream in saucepan with the crushed coffee beans
Bring the cream up to a boil over high heat

Remove from heat, cover the pan with saran wrap and allow to sit for 10mins to infuse

Place the milk and semi-sweet chocolate in a bowl and melt over a pot of barely simmering water
Once melted, remove from heat

Strain the coffee beans out of the cream, bring back up to a boil, and pour over the chocolate

Add salt

Use an immersion blender to mix the ganache completely

Cover the ganache directly on top with saran and allow to cool completely at room temperature
