3 or 4 jalepenos, seeded, chopped well
8 ounces grated cheddar Cheese
6 eggs, well beaten
1 pound Owens Country sausage
Directions:
Directions:
Brown sausage, pour off grease. Combine with all other ingredients. Spray glass pan with pam. Bake in oven at 325º for 30 - 35 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes before serving

Refrigerate leftovers. Good served cold.


Serve with tortilla chips, crackers, or even in a tortilla as a breakfast taco.
