6 quarts unsweetened applesauce
3 tbsp cinnamon
tsp allspice
3 c sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place 4 quarts of applesauce and spices in crock-pot on low heat. Place a wooden spoon across the top and set lid over it, leaving large space for evaporation. leave overnight. In the morning, stir and add remaining 2 quarts of applesauce and 1 c sugar(optional). Cook 4- 6 more hours on low with spoon and lid, till desired consistency.
Place in sterilized jars and water bath 5 minutes for jelly jars, 10 minutes for pints and 15 minutes from quarts.
