2 sticks softened oleo
3 cups flour - divided
1 cup ice water

Step 1: In a bowl mix oleo with 1 cup flour. Mix with a fork and when blended shape into a round ball. Cover and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Step 2: Using 2 cups flour make a well in the center if the flour and add ice water gradually. Mix well and shape into a ball. Cover with Saran Wrap and refrigerate 2 hours. If dough is too moist add a little flour and knead a little.

Step 3: AFTER 2 HOURS roll out half of the flour and water dough until thin. Then use half of the butter and flour dough and slice it thinly and lay on top of the rolled out flour-water dough. Fold like a napkin and refrigerate for another two hours. Repeat with the other half of the dough mixes.

Repeat rolling out and folding every 2 hours 3 times.

Do final roll out and fill using meat recipe on reverse.
