l stick (soft) Margarine
cup Nuts (chopped)
1 cup Flour

l 8 oz Phil Cream Cheese
l cup conf Sugar
l cup Cool Whip (heaping)

2 Packages Lemon Jello (instant) Pudding mix (4 oz serving)
3 cups Milk




Directions:
Directions:
Mix first three ingredients together and put in 8x13 pan
bake at 350 for 20 minutes and let cool

Next - cream the cream cheese and powdered sugar and fold in cool whip
spread this mixture over the cooled crust

Beat the lemon and milk until thick and pour on top of cream cheese layer

Spread thin layer of cool whip on top

Note: any instant pudding can be used in place of lemon

This recipe was given to me by one of my sisters-in-law from West Virginia

She made this desert for my husband on one of our visits back home.

I really didn't care for lemon deserts, but this one changed my mind!

This has been a go to desert for summer get togethers and always a favorite
