2 1/2lbs chuck, London broil, or bottom round
1/2tsp salt
1/2tsp finely ground black pepper
1 can (1lb) stewed tomatoes
1 can (10½oz.) condensed onion soup with beef stock or can of beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Cut meat into serving size pieces (or big chunks) and season with salt and pepper. Place all ingredients in Slow Cooker. Cover. Turn heat control to LOW; cook 8-10 hours or until meat is tender. You can add potatoes and onions at any time to make a complete meal.
