1 scallion, chopped
2 tbsp. red-wine vinegar
¾ tsp. salt
¼ tsp. pepper
7 tbsp. olive oil
1 ½ lbs. halibut steak (1" thick)¾

Directions:
Directions:
Heat the broiler.

For the vinaigrette, shake the vinegar, salt and pepper in a small jar. Add the scallion and 6 Tbsp. of the oil and shake again.

Brush the halibut with the remaining 1 tbsp. olive oil and sprinkle both sides with salt & pepper.

Broil the fish on an oiled pan, turning once, until opaque in the center, about 10 minutes.

Drizzle the vinaigrette over the fish and Serve immediately.
