2 dozen eggs - yolks and whites separated
2½ cups bourbon
2 quarts heavy whipping cream
24 tbsp sugar
Nutmeg

Beat egg yolks 20 minutes at medium speed until light, lemon colored, stiff and fluffy.

Continue beating add bourbon A DROP AT A TIME.

Whip cream until it stands in peaks. Add 6 tbsp of the sugar. Fold egg yolk mixture into whipping cream.

Beat egg whites until stiff and dry and have completely lost their gloss. (Very important) before adding the remaining sugar, one tbsp at a time. Continue beating 10 minutes after all sugar is added.

Fold beaten egg whites into cream and egg yolk mixture. Continue to blend with folding motion until well mixed and smooth.

Top each serving with nutmeg.
DO NOT DILUTE - GET FAT!
