5 c juice
3 c sugar
1 pkg low sugar Sure-Jell(pink)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix c sugar and pectin in small bowl. Bring juice to rolling boil, add pectin. Boil 1 minute stirring constantly. Add remainder of sugar and boil additional minute, stirring constantly. ladle into sterilized jars. Water bath for 5 min for pints, 8 min for quarts.

A candy thermometer can be used, most will say jelly. i dump some on a plate and aee if its the right consistency.
