Ingredients:  
2 cups milk (substitute with almond milk)
3/4 cup sugar
2 slightly beaten yolks
2 tablespoon butter
2 heaping tablespoon corn starch
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 1/2- 2 cups cooked rice

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except rice over medium heat. Bring to a boil.
remove from heat and add vanilla and gradually add rice
serve warm and sprinkle with cinnamon
