2 lb. pork roast
3 cans of Coke (NOT DIET)
1/4 cup brown sugar
dash of garlic salt
1/4 cup water
1 can diced green chilies
1 (10 oz) can of red enchilada sauce
1 cup brown sugar

*marinate pork in plastic bag with about a can and 1/2 Coke and about 1/4 cup of brown sugar. (for a few hours or over night)
*drain and put pork, 1/2 can of Coke, water, and garlic salt in crock pot on hight for 3-4 hours. (or until shreds easy)
*remove pork, drain and shred pork
*using blender, blend 1/2 can Coke, chilies, enchilada sauce and remains brown sugar. (if it is too thick add more Coke little by little)
*put sauce and shredded pork back into crock pot for 2 hours on low.
