1 pint heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup butter
2 tablespoon cream cheese
2 teaspoon minced garlic
3/4 cup parmesan cheese

2 large cooked chicken breast cut up

optional:
fresh cracked pepper
Mrs. Dash seasoning
handful of favorite green cooked vegetable (I prefer broccoli)
dash of nutmeg

Directions:
Directions:
In small sauce pan combine heavy cream, butter, and cream chees. Bring to a boil and then immediately turn the heat to low and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add garlic and simmer for 2 minutes.

Add in parmesan and allow entire mixture to simmer for 15 minutes or until smooth.
Wish or stir occasionally and sauce thickens.

Once done, pour over cooked pasta of your choice and add chicken, and greens.
