"As viscous as motor oil swirled in a swamp, redolent of burnt bell peppers nested in by incontinent mice and a finish reminiscent of the dregs of a stale can of Coca-Cola that someone has been using as an ashtray. Not a bad drink, though."--Excerpt from "The Moose Turd Wine Tasting" by T. A. Nonymous

Ingredients:
Ground Beef
Salt and Pepper
Onion
Potatoes
Baby Carrots
Worcestershire Sauce (optional)
Aluminum Foil

Directions:
Directions:
Lay out a large square of foil and place a hamburger patty in the middle of it. Add salt and pepper.

Place diced potatoes on top of that.

Place baby carrots on top of the onions and potatoes. You can put a teaspoon of worcestershire or other flavorings on top before you close it up for extra flavor if you wish.

Close packet up and stack up into slow cooker. (we had to use two for our family).

Cook on high for at least 5-6 hours. We found the ones towards the top didn’t get done as quick as the ones at the bottom, so you may want to rotate them once during the day. When they are finished, the potatoes and carrots should be tender.
