Papa Paul's Chili Beans Recipe

2 lb. 80/20 hamburger
1 and 1/2 cup red beans
1 bag of hot green chill - young guns medium
2 cans of diced tomato sauce
4 to 6 tsp salt
2 Tbs of bacon grease
Bag of flour tortillas
Add hot water as needed from stove

Heat water in cooker (electric roaster) till hot to just cover beans
Add beans and cook 2 hr at 375-400 *
Add Bacon Grease
Only add hot water to finish cooking beans
Brown Hamburger meat and green chilies and salt
Cool for 1 hr and then add tomato sauce,
Let cook for 1 hr at 350*
Add salt to taste
Let simmer and cook to your liking
Start eating on a soft Flour tortilla (with a side of cheese and onion)
