2-quart baking dish
32 ounces ribeye or chuck eye steak
2 green bell peppers, chopped
1/2 yellow onion, chopped
1 Tbs minced garlic
8 slices provolone cheese, divided
4 large eggs
1 3/4 tsp salt
1 tsp ground black pepper
1/2 tsp onion powder
1/2 cup almond flour
1/2 Tbs cayenne pepper sauce
1 Tbs Worcestershire sauce

Dice steak into small pieces, removing any large pieces of fat. Saute onion & peppers in oil in skillet til softened, then add diced steak. Cook until just done and add garlic.
Spread in baking dish and tear up 4 slices of the Provolone cheese and tack throughout the casserole.
In medium bowl toss the eggs, seasonings, almond flour, pepper sauce and Worcestershire. Mix well and then pour evenly over casserole.
Bake uncovered in 350* oven for 25 minutes. Remove and cover top of casserole with the remaining 4 slices of Provolone cheese tore in half. Bake another 5 minutes to melt cheese. Let cool just a bit before eating.
