2c Dried pinto beans
2-3 pieces chopped bacon( if desired)
1 pkg taco seasoning
2 tbsp cumin
2 tbsp onion powder(or 1 medium diced onion)
2 tbsp garlic powder
6 c water
2 tbsp cilantro(optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Pre-soak beans night before or quick soak before beginning for 1 hr in hot water.
Drain all soak water and add all ingredients.
Put in crock-pot on high for 4-6 hours keeping an eye on water level.
