4 boneless pork chops, cut into cubes
1/2 c water
1/2 c brown sugar
1/4 c vinegar
1/4 c ketchup
1 tbsp. soya sauce
1 tbsp. cornstarch
Directions:
Directions:
1. Fry pork cubes until thoroughly cooked.
2. In saucepan, add all other ingredients and bring to a boil, whisking constantly .
3. Add pineapple chunks and pork to the sauce.
4. Serve over rice
