5 pounds potatoes, leave skin on
1 Tbsp. salt
12 strips bacon
3 Tbsp. minced onions
1½ cups sugar
3 Tbsp. flour
¾ tsp. dry mustard
½ tsp. pepper
3 tsp. salt
1½ cups vinegar
3 cups water

Directions:
Directions:
Cook potatoes with skin on, adding 1 Tbsp. of salt to the water while cooking
Fry and crumble bacon. Saute onions in bacons grease.
Mix sugar, flour, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Add vinegar and water, cook until thickened. Add sautéed onions.
Mix with pealed and sliced potatoes
Add bacon pieces just before serving
