For one gallon:

1 quart blossoms
½ lemon
1 orange
2 pounds sugar (add last)

Directions:
Directions:
Put 25 quarts of blossoms in 10 gallon crock, pour 7 gallons scalding hot water in crock over blossoms.

Roll 25 oranges and 12 lemons until they break up good, quarter them, put in kettle on stove, cook until they steam, stir often, so they do not burn. Cook until soft and juicy, then put small amount of dry yeast in luke warm water until it dissolves. Put all in with blossoms, Let set 10 days stirring every other day. Strain, put in barrell, add sugar dissolved in cold water

1 quart juice to gallon water
