2-2½ pounds Little Potato Company baby potatoes
2 Tbsp. olive oil
¾ - 1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. garlic powder
½ tsp. pepper
1 tsp. onion powder

Directions:
Directions:
Cut potatoes in half or fourths (can use regular potatoes cut in smaller chunks)
Mix all ingredients together in bowl, add potatoes and coat well
Pour onto a large cookie sheet
Bake at 425º for 25 mins.
