1 stick butter
onion, chopped
green pepper, chopped
8-12 oz. mushrooms, sliced
1 heaping cup of Uncle Ben's converted long grain rice
1 can French onion soup
1 can beef broth

Directions:
Directions:
Melt butter and saute onion, pepper and mushrooms
Add rice to mixture and simmer for 5 mins.
Spray baking dish w/ Pam and put in rice mixture
Add both cans of soup
Bake uncovered at 350 for 45-50 mins.
