Ingredients: 5-6 boneless chicken breasts or 10-12 tenderloins (thawed) 1 Tbsp. butter 2 cups Minute Rice 1 can cream of mushroom soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 can of water using soup can 1 can (16 oz.) chicken broth 2 chicken bouillon cubes 1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup mix

Directions:Using the Tbsp. of butter, butter bottom of 9 x 13 baking dish Combine the 2 soups, water, broth, bouillon cubes and rice Pour mixture into baking dish Place chicken on top of mixture Sprinkle Lipton Soup mix evenly over top of chicken Cover with foil and bake at 350º for 30 mins. Remove foil: gently stir rice mixture around the chicken periodically (optional but helps mix the flavor) Bake uncovered another 30 mins. until chicken is cooked through |
