c. butter
c. flour plus, 1 T
c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
pinch of salt
pinch of paprika


Directions:
Directions:
In small mixing bowl combine butter and cheese until fluffy and soft. Combine flour,
salt and paprika in a separate bowl and add to butter mixture. When blended (will
be stiff) turn unto lightly floured surface and knead until smooth. Roll out dough to
about inch thickness and cut into straws about " wide and 3-4" long. Bake on
the top rack at 400 for about 8-10 minutes. Be sure to watch as they can get dark
brown around the edges quickly. Allow to cool and serve. Store in air tight container.

I do like to use my hand mixer to blend the butter and cheese, but when
adding the cheese mix by hand.
