2-8 oz. cream cheese
½ t. Worcestershire sauce
8 oz. sharp cheddar cheese shredded
¼ t. cayenne pepper
¼ t lemon juice
1 green pepper, chopped
salt, to taste
8 oz. dried beef, chopped

Directions:
Directions:
Combine cream cheese, cheddar cheese, green pepper, half dried beef, cayenne
pepper, lemon juice and salt to taste. Mix well and form into into two balls. Roll
in nuts, parsley flakes and/or paprika.

Can also reserve half of the dried beef for rolling in.

This is one of my sister’s recipes. The cheese ball will keep about one week
in the refrigerator.
