Whole Hog Potato Salad Recipe

3-1/2 lb red potatoes
1 T sugar
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 tsp dry parsley
1 tsp salt
1 T dry ranch dressing mix
1/3 cup chopped chives
1/2 cup chopped green onion
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
1 cup sour cream
1 cup mayonnaise

Boil potatoes and cube. Allow to cool.
Mix in sugar, all spices, chives, onion and bacon in one at a time then add the sour cream and mayonnaise. Cover and chill. If more sour cream and mayo are needed, use equal parts.
