2 eggs
1-1/2 cups sugar
1-3/4 cups flour
1/3 cup milk
1/2 cup melted shortening
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp baking powder
1 cup mashed bananas

Icing
1/2 stick butter
3 T brown sugar
1 T vanilla
1 box powdered sugar
2 or 3 T milk
Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350º.
Grease and flour cake pans.
Mix together all cake ingredients for two minutes and pour into pans.
Bake until cake springs back to the touch.
Cool before icing.

Icing
Melt butter & add brown sugar.
Add vanilla, powdered sugar & milk.
Stir well together until icing is smooth.
