1½ C. Sugar
¼ tsp. Salt
1½ C. Hot Water
4 oz. Unsweetened Chocolate
6 Tbsp. Cornstarch
4 Tbsp. Cold Water
1 tsp. Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Combine the sugar, salt, hot water and chocolate. Cook while stirring, til sugar dissolves and chocolate is smooth. Boil slowly for 5 minutes stirring constantly. Blend corn starch in the cold water and stir into the boiling mixture. Cook til thick about 1 minute remove from heat and then add vanilla beating until smooth. Spread on cakes or brownies.
