4 teaspoons olive oil
2 cups fresh cranberries or frozen, thawed
1 1/3 cups chopped green onions (dark green parts only; about 2 bunches)
1 cup chopped fresh cilantro
2 tablespoons minced seeded jalapeno chilies
6 tablespoons sugar
6 tablespoons fresh lime juice
1 Red Onion – finely chopped
6 to 8 tablespoons olive oil
Sea salt and pepper to taste

1. Place cranberries in processor. Using on/off turns, process until finely chopped. Transfer to bowl.

2. Add onions, cilantro, and jalapeno.

3. Stir sugar and lime juice in another bowl until sugar dissolves.Cranberry and lime juice mixtures can be made 4 hours ahead. Cover separately; chill.

4. Add lime juice and sugar mixture to cranberry mixture.

5. Add sea salt and pepper to taste.

6. Chill at least 4 hours before serving.
