2lb ground elk
2-10oz cans diced tomatoes & green chilies
1 large onion, chopped
2 cans super sweet white corn
2-15oz cans black beans
1-16oz box velveeta cheese, chopped
tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
In a skilley, brown meat and add onion. Cook until browned.

In skillet, add all ingredients -minus chips. Add meat. Add cheese last.

IN bow, top w/chips or use chips for dipping.
