2 boxes, or 1 large bag – Broccoli Florets
1 stick of Butter, melted
2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers
8 ounces of Shredded Cheddar Cheese

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

2. Spray with Pam a 2.5 quart casserole dish, set aside.

3. Steam the broccoli according to the package directions, drain any excess liquid, and set aside.

4. Crush the Ritz crackers into crumbs.

5. Melt 1 stick of butter.

6. Add the crushed Ritz crackers to the melted butter and mix together well.

7. In buttered 2.5 quart casserole add a thin layer of cracker/butter mixture.

8. Next, layer ½ of the steamed broccoli florets.

9. Sprinkle broccoli with ½ shredded cheddar cheese.

10. Now, layer ½ of remaining cracker/butter mixture.

11. Add remaining steamed broccoli florets.

12. Sprinkle with ½ of remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

13. Finally, add the remaining cracker/butter mixture and top with remaining shredded cheddar cheese.

14. Bake casserole in center of over at 350 degrees for 25-30 minutes. Top will be golden brown.
