Chuck Roast
1 Packet Ranch dressing mix
1 Packet Au Jus gravy mix
1 stick butter
Jar pepperoncini peppers.

Directions:
Directions:
Brown each side of your chuck roast in a frying pan. Place the chuck roast in the bottom of your crock pot. Sprinkle the ranch and au jus mixes over the top of the roast. Add 1 stick of butter and as many pepperoncini peppers as you like. Place lid on top and cook on low heat for 8 hours or more. It will fall apart. You can put this over mashed potatoes, rice or make messy sandwich's
