Ingredients:  
One pound deluxe chocolate
1 250 gram package of unsweetened coconut
1 can of sweetened condensed milk
2 tsp vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Heat and melt chocolate over low heat.
Add condensed milk, coconut and vanilla
Stir until mixed together

Pout into a buttered baking dish
Cool for 3 hours
Cut into pieces and serve

Preparation time 15 minutes.

Fudge hit the spot when we had a craving for something sweet during the pandemic, which felt more often than usual! Not sure why...
