2C diced, cooked turkey or chicken
1 16oz. can french style green beans, drained
1 10¾oz. can condensed Cream of Chicken soup (reg. or fat free works)
¼C milk
1 2oz. can sliced mushrooms
1 3oz. can chow mein noodles (these are hard, mom also used potato sticks)
1 3oz. can fried onions

Directions:
Directions:
Place green beans in an 11x9 baking dish. Combine turkey, soup, milk and mushrooms with liquid. Spoon over beans. Combine noodles and dried onions and sprinkle over turkey mixture. Bake at 350º for 30minutes.

This is sooooo good and a great recipe for leftover cooked turkey or chicken! Mom used to use potato sticks instead of the crunchy chow mein noodles, but then made the switch at some point.
