24 Large Quahog Clams rinsed, 1 1/2 cups bread crumbs 3 chopped very fine cloves garlic 3/4 cup parmesan cheese 2 tsp parsley 1 cup olive oil salt and pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Open clams and put contents in a bowl. Chop them very well or use blender with pulse action. Mix all ingredients with clams. If mixture not moist add some white wine you have hanging around. Stuff the shells place on baking sheet . Pour a little oil over the top and bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
