Mixed Greens of your choice
Pomegranate Aprils
Pear or Tart Apple, diced
Feta Cheese
Walnuts, chopped

Bianna's Blush Wine Vinaigrette
Directions:
Directions:
Toss the Greens, Apple or Pear and layer on platter. Sprinkle the Pomegranate Aprils, Feta Cheese and Walnuts on top of greens.

Add the dressing and serve.

I believe the presentation of this salad is best if you put it on a rimmed platter.
