1 C Butter
2 C Brown Sugar
2 Eggs
2 tsp Vanilla
2½ C Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
½ tsp Salt
3 C Quick-Cooking Oats
2 C Chocolate Chips
1 can Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk
2 Tbls Butter
1 tsp Salt
1 C Walnuts, roughly chopped, keep ¼ C Walnuts for topping
2 tsp Vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Cream Butter and Brown Sugar until light and fluffy, add Eggs and Vanilla. Mix well.

Combine Oats, Flour, Baking Soda and Salt. Mix well and add to creamed mixture. Spread ⅔ of mixture into ungreased 15x10 baking pan.

Heat Eagle Brand Sweetened Condensed Milk, Chocolate Chips, Butter and Salt in microwave until chips are melted. Remove from heat, stir in Nuts and Vanilla. Spread over top of mixture in baking pan.

Drop remaining Oats mixture by Tbls over Chocolate Chips and sprinkle with remaining ¼ cup of chopped nuts.

Bake 350º 20-25 minutes
