3 c. chicken broth
½ c. four
1 tbsp. cornstarch
½ c. cold water
6 drops yellow food coloring

Betty Crocker's Original Bisquick Biscuits
2¼ c. Bisquick mix
⅔ c. milk

Cover chicken breasts with water and par boil breasts 30-40 minutes. Drain the water/chicken broth from the par-boiled breasts.

To prepare the gravy thickening, combine flour, cornstarch and cold water in a gravy shaker and shake well. The ingredients can be whisked vigorously in a bowl, in place of a shaker. Heat the chicken broth in a saucepan, whisk in contents of gravy shaker to the warm broth and add 6 drops of yellow food coloring. Constantly stir while cooking gravy over medium heat, until it boils and is the consistency you want. You can always add more thicking if needed.

Pour into large bowl and break up pieces of chicken into the gravy and serve over biscuits.

Prepare the biscuits using Betty Crocker Original Bisquick.

Stir ingredients until soft dough forms. Turn dough out on flour board and knead until smooth. Cut biscuits with cutter, place on an ungreased cookie sheet. Preheat oven to 450º and bake 8-10 minutes until golden brown and toothpick comes out clean.
