1 c. sugar
1 lb. butter melted
3 c. oil
11/2 c. orange juice
1/4 tsp. clove powder
3 tsp. baking powder
10 c. flour

Topping
2 c. sugar
2 c. water
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 c. honey

Directions:
Directions:
Beat sugar, butter, orange juice and oil together. Add clove powder and baking powder. Mix well. Stir in flour. Dough will be stiff and moist. Shape into small oblong balls. Place on ungreased cookie sheets and bake at 350 for 20 to 25 minutes. For topping cook sugar, water and juice in saucepan for about 15 minutes. Add honey and stir. Dip cookies into syrup with slotted spoon and place on serving dish. Sprinkle with cinnamon and chopped nuts.
